Days 18 & 19

Hard doing this in retrospect!!! Where were we..?? Sat.. Salt Lake City.. now I remember.. Fri Night we went to an I max movie a about the space station.. in 3D. wow.. very cool as it was all footage shot by various astronauts and the 3D was almost a little to real, specially as they were outside .. Sat, checked out the city centre, Mormon Tabernacle.. the one the choir sings at.. really nice place.

Afternoon Sat was abit of a low point, as Alison and I decided to split up. Yep..! I know, shock etc.. anyway.. I took a jet plane, and left.. East.. for 6 hours.. Wisconsin. Wausau, to be exact.

Sunday.. Up early, breakfast at the Hotel, then off to check out a Pitts,, hmmm nothings simple.. more on that some other time.. Alison meawhile was still in bed, as even though it was 9ish where I was, it was still only 7ish in SLC.. Apparently she was up earlyish, even did a load of washing.. then hopped on the Mormon bus at 8:30 and went to theTabernacle, and sat in on a recital.. all live for TV.. apparently it was pretty good. Meanwhile back in Wisconsin, I was back at the airport chatting to the lovely waitress over brunch!

About 6hrs later, we got back together again! (Ali and I) And we even went to a food court for tea! And then a movie.. If you don’t know, or don’t like Quentin Tarantino.. DON’T see “Inglorious Basterds” as it is typically “Tarantino ish.. as in “lots of blood”.. certainly was a different take on WW2. That is 18 and 19 in a nutshell. Long day, short story!
